Bridging Underwriter (Only 24H Left)

This is an office based role in Gravesend in Kent Bridging Underwriter Kuflink have a strong reputation within the Bridging/Finance industry along with ambitious plans for the coming months and years.
This is an amazing chance for an Underwriter to play a key role in ensuring the businesses growth with effective risk management, underwriting applications and ensuring the smoothest drawdown.
As a member of the Underwriting team, you will be trained to operate within agreed underwriting authority and will take personal ownership of handling cases.
You will work as part of a team delivery high quality service to intermediaries.
You will be responsible for - Liaising with valuers, solicitors and intermediaries as appropriate - Ensuring all client files are always complete and up to date - Ensuring that all business complies with the company's lending criteria - Reporting any concerns over underwriting issues to the Senior Underwriter - Coordinating the submission and return of application documentation to brokers - Completing all reasonable comparable research on properties - Carrying out administrative duties as required Underwriters will need as a minimum - Analytical and methodical thinking - Decision making skills - Desire and hunger to learn and progress - Previous experience of underwriting in a bridging environment Person Specific - Excellent communicator, both written and verbal - Go the extra mile to get the job done - Self-motivated to deliver high quality service Salary - Maximum £40,000 depending on experience This is an office based role in Gravesend in Kent
