Underwrite bridging loan applications within company lending criteria.
Maintain high levels of communication with brokers, applicants, surveyors, and solicitors.
Ensure excellent customer service both internally and externally.
Collaborate with departments such as sales, compliance, finance, and collections.
Think creatively to overcome potential problems without adding risk.
Stay up to date with best practices and regulatory requirements.

Requirements The ideal Bridging Underwriter will possess: Experience in underwriting bridging finance applications - current mandate holder.
Strong decision-making skills within lending criteria.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Knowledge of current best practices and regulatory requirements.
