The Role: To drive new business initiatives and offer short-term lending solutions for residential and commercial property developments, ranging from refurbishments to "ground-up" projects across England, Wales, and Scotland.

* Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other key stakeholders * Work closely with the underwriting, credit, and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of transactions and exceptional service delivery * Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with clients.
* Ensure all documentation and agreements comply with company policies and regulations.
* Attend at least 2-3 appointments daily to foster client relationships and secure new business.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of bridging and development finance products and services.
Skills & Experience required: * Minimum of 2 years of sales experience within a secured lending or residential mortgage market * Proven track record of sales & service * Experience working with B2B & B2C clients, including intermediaries, brokers, and direct borrowers within a secured lending background * Strong understanding of bridging and development finance products and services.
* Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills * Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, developers, and financial intermediaries.
* CeMAP desired although not essential * Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
