The Bridge Inn is a community pub situated in the village of Norden in Rochdale.
Its a one room operation with a pool table and darts board and a small beer garden at the rear.
The pub is a favourite with the locals and benefits from pub sports teams, a great quiz team and a popular quiz night.
For sports enthusiasts there is Sky Sports to watch all the big games plus there is a small kitchen where you can implement your own food offer and keep 100% of the income from the food.
Currently taking approx £7,500 a week, this can easily be increased with regular entertainment and sports / games.
