BREEAM Assessor Ref:BM459 This is an excellent opportunity to join an independent environmental consultancy who provide expert energy and sustainability services to the built environment industry.
They are on the lookout for a qualified BREEAM Assessor to join their sustainability team take the lead on numerous BREEAM related construction projects.
Role responsibilities for a BREEAM Assessor: Deliver BREEAM Assessments from early design stages of projects through to project certification Help contribute to the delivery of BREEAM projects and ensure they comply with UK building legislations and standards Work alongside architects, engineers, and members of the design team to ensure the environmental impacts of projects are minimised Produce technical reports and relevant sustainability strategies and statements Take the lead on current projects as well as securing new projects for the companyThe ideal BREEAM Assessor will have: 2 years' experience in a relevant role within the construction industry delivering BREEAM assessments throughout all stages of a project Have a BREEAM Assessor qualification such as the BREEAM AP or New Construction qualification would be beneficial to have experience delivering BREEAM refurbishment or fit out assessments experience leading BREEAM projects independently would be advantageous Excellent communication and presentation skillsBenefits of the role include: Competitive salary that can vary depending on experience Remote working Training and professional qualifications provided for Company pension scheme 28 days annual holiday allowance Expenses covered for travelling and accommodationIf This role interests you or if you are interested in searching for other roles relating to sustainability please feel free to contact Ben Moore on (phone number removed) or email (url removed).
