Your role We are searching for a Breakfast Chef to take ownership of our breakfast offering and delivery a varied and high-quality breakfast menu , featuring seasonal ingredients from across our estate.
This role will involve working with our Head Chef to develop our existing breakfast menu, as well as ensuring food prepared each day is delivered and presented in adherence to our high standards.
Key Responsibilities: Run our breakfast service, ensuring both our buffet and hot food offerings are of the highest standard Work in collaboration with our Head chef to develop the breakfast menu, utilising the seasonal offerings from our estate Clear down after breakfast service and support the wider kitchen team lunch offerings Ensure there is enough stock to run a smooth breakfast service Ensure our high standards of food hygiene and safety are adhered to at all time Mentor and guide junior kitchen team members What we can offer you A positive workplace environment with opportunities to develop both personally and professionally.
