Your role at BRE This role has been created to enhance our technical support capabilities as part of our ongoing BREEAM Improvement Programme.
Youll step into an essential role, providing technical advice through our Live Chat service, helping assessors, project teams, and other stakeholders meet their goals while contributing to the continuous improvement of BREEAM standards.
Respond to technical queries via Live Chat and other channels, delivering accurate, timely, and professional support.
Offer insights and feedback to improve BREEAM products and services.
Provide general support for the development, operation, and resilience of BREEAM services.
Engage directly with customers, offering expert guidance to enhance their experience and success with BREEAM.
Your profile A degree in a relevant discipline, equivalent experience, or a construction industry qualification or training (such as Architectural Technology or Construction Project Management, as examples).
Awareness of the construction industry and the design and operation of buildings.
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex technical information.
Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
We also welcome applications from individuals with science backgrounds, experience in science-based project work, or those with experience working with BREEAM.
