We have an opportunity for an experienced Assistant/Junior level Designer to join the design team to work on our womenswear designer ranges for the brand The Set and others.

Looking for that Next thing, focusing on trends and pushing the boundaries of what we can offer our fantastic customer base.
Working as a key part of the critical path; creating new and innovative designs across Womenswear jersey within the partner branded team.The roleResearching the latest trends relevant to various customer profiles, then communicating this information to your team and senior stakeholders is a key part of this role.
We would ask you to produce elevated designs that tastefully represent what the brand is after as well as the customer.
Day to day roles could be things like briefing suppliers and continuing to build great relationships whilst working closely with the Designers and Buyers to support the whole design process from planning new ranges through to product selection.
This fast paced role is perfect for someone with a wealth of experience within this category.
Working on The Set, it will give you an amazing chance to be part of the design vision of the brand.About youHaving experience at an Assistant Designer/Senior Assistant Designer level within a UK brand; your creativity and collaborative outlook would compliment this role.
Previous experience working on jersey and woven design would be essential.
A great taste level and a real passion for the latest trends and a true eye for elevation and detail.
A high level of experience and be proficient in creating and presenting seasonal trends, creating designs and tech packs using Adobe creative suite-from initial trend concepts to final tech packs would be necessary for this role.
Excellent communication skills are essential to this role.The teamYou would be joining an amazing team whose enthusiasm for design and elevation being the main focus.
A wealth of experience across multi-fabrications and innovative progression is one of the many plus points of joining this team!
