Brand Support Lead Permanent Stoke on Trent - £28,000-£30,000 DOE We have taken a unique opportunity, for a business savvy candidate to join our longstanding client in the Stoke-on-Trent area.
This role will be to join a company who are a fairly new start up, that are based on site and have the backing of a well-established organisation.
The Band specialise in health and wellbeing products and have grown from strength to strength in recent months.
Due to increased success, they require an office-based candidate to support the growth of the Brand and push it forward from the ground level up.
With scope to grow and progress, this role will involve the following duties Order fulfilment including picking and packaging of products in a well-presented way to meet the brand guidelines Liaising with suppliers, customers, and other brands Operational tasks looking at ways to improve all aspects of the business Manage and maintain stock levels Acting as a brand ambassador Providing excellent levels of customer service and product support Collating feedback from customer interactions and event attendees Planning events i.e.
materials, logistics and schedules Highlight sales trends and products that are not selling as well Acting in an empathetic and problem-solving way offering support and guidance on products Duties may change with the development of the role and the brand, and this is excellent opportunity for someone who would like to develop their career in the near future and eventually potentially become a Team Leader of Brand Manager.
The role would suit someone who has worked within business to consumer previously or an operational /retail position.
You will have a passion for womens health and wellbeing, whilst demonstrating brand advocacy.
You will be an operational thinker, spotting areas for improvement, as well as a real team player who pushes for success alongside their team.
