Position based in Dubai SALARY - 16-18K AED Position: Personal Branding Specialist Department: Marketing Reports To: Marketing Manager; leadership team whose LinkedIn profiles they're managing Role Overview We are seeking a Personal Branding Specialist to support the leadership team in establishing and maintaining a strong and authentic presence on LinkedIn.
This role will involve working closely with directors to craft a consistent personal brand, manage their profiles, and build meaningful engagement with their audience.
You will strategise, create, and manage content that highlights their expertise, personal stories, and opinions to connect authentically with their audience.
Key Responsibilities 1.
Personal Branding Strategy & Development: Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and benchmarks for personal branding in the industry Hold weekly 1-on-1 meetings with directors to gather updates, understand their tone of voice, and align on goals Develop style guides and tone of voice guidelines tailored to each director's persona Define content pillars, formats, and dos and donts for their LinkedIn presence Prepare and present a comprehensive personal branding strategy, including KPIs to measure success 2.
Content Creation & Management Build and maintain a content calendar with planned posts, comments, and engagement tactics Write compelling, authentic, and professional copy for posts and comments Organise and oversee professional photoshoots for directors to create high-quality visual content Research and suggest relevant topics, articles, and trends for directors to comment on or share Collaborate with the Design team to create multimedia assets for LinkedIn 3.
Community Management & Engagement Monitor comments, messages, reposts, and mentions, ensuring timely and thoughtful responses Proactively engage with relevant content by liking, sharing, and commenting on behalf of directors as advised Build relationships with key industry figures and stakeholders by fostering authentic online interactions if requested 4.
Insights & Opportunities Research emerging trends and topics directors should focus on to establish thought leadership Identify opportunities for public commentary, panel participation, or article contributions on trending industry topics Provide regular analytics and reporting, including engagement metrics and audience insights 5.
Internal Collaboration Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure the directors' LinkedIn content aligns with corporate messaging and goals Act as a bridge between the directors and the Marketing team to streamline efforts Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field 3 years of experience in social media management, personal branding, or content marketing Proven ability to create engaging content and maintain a consistent brand voice Strong knowledge of LinkedIn's algorithms, best practices, and analytics tools Excellent writing, editing, and interpersonal skills Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Semrush) and analytics platforms Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment Key Competencies Strategic thinker with a strong sense of creativity Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies Ability to adapt tone and style to reflect individual personalities
