About the Role: Our client is a leading talent management agency that specializes in representing innovative content creators who are seeking a dynamic Partnership Manager to join its growing team.
They are passionate about fostering collaboration, culture, and creativity, enabling our talent to produce high-quality, engaging, and exciting content.
In addition to managing a diverse roster, they provide a full 360-degree service, supporting creator-owned businesses from ideation and brand identity to e-commerce infrastructure and logistics.
The role of the Partnership Manager will be to procure brand partnerships, working with brands directly and agencies, along with sourcing commercial partnership opportunities.
You will work across the full roster of talent that our client represents maximising revenue streams for each.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic partnerships with brands and agencies.
Source and negotiate commercial opportunities for our talented creators.
Create compelling pitch decks and presentations for potential clients.
Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for business development activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
Identify and explore new market opportunities within the creator economy.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in the creator economy or related field.
Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and securing partnerships.
Strong understanding of contract terms and industry standards.
Established network of contacts within the brand and agency world.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Proficiency in using design tools like Canva.
