They are looking for a Brand Manager to join their small Marketing team, working 1 day a week in their London office.

Responsibilities Provide input to the UK strategic brand plans to ensure correct development of the brand strategy, highlighting local opportunities for growth and commercial opportunity.
Implement the strategic product brand plan to drive market share growth and brand breadth/depth of prescribing.
Develop and implement brand campaigns utilising multiple traditional, digital, educational and consumer marketing approaches Differentiate Company as an innovative entrant into Therapeutic area through planning and delivery of nimble digital initiatives Drive recommendations on local resourcing and budgetary spend in conjunction with Medical Education strategy and in synergy with Company portfolio promotional activities.
Manages approval of local content via Medical, Legal and Regulatory processes Liaises with Key Opinion Leaders and select customers to organise Congresses and exhibitions.
Conduct healthcare professional and patient market research to better understand customer and end user preferences.
Build and monitor brand performance KPIs, amend strategy and take corrective actions to drive brand performance.
Collaborate with Global colleagues to co-create brand positioning, core campaign assets and establish best practice.
Requirements for the role Degree in sciences and/or business administration Experience within a pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare industry (prescription only) Strong digital marketing experience Excellent written and spoken communication, and proficient knowledge of MS Office Proven track record in executing digital marketing campaigns with associated metrics Good leadership and motivational skills Ability to operate independently in a matrix environment Pro4orm People Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
