We're looking for a Brand Manager who will develop the Third Space app development pipeline, back end system integrations and website maintenance and improvement.
You'll work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, Systems & Data Manager and our clubs to develop internal and external apps, enhancing member experience and improve retention.
Dedicated to delivering the best app journey for our members and internal users, the Brand Manager will have a keen understanding of data, key metrics and the ability to interpret and drive optimisations within our digital offerings.
Key responsibilities include: Continued integration and development of the new back-end system of the app, covering class & PT booking, product sales, and on demand content Project manage development and innovation of our front-end app to drive member experience Collate, manage and review data insights and member feedback to understand app performance and further optimisation Maintenance of Third Space website via CMS system, ensuring relevance and accuracy of content Manage key relationships with agency partners including design agencies and app developers Work alongside fellow brand manager to devise and deliver content and comms strategy for The Third Space App, driving member engagement Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business and support HODs from Sales, Group Exercise, PT, NFF, Concierge, Medical and Spa Driven by data and with experience in project management, the successful candidate will have clear commercial acumen, able to build plans inline with our business goals.
They'll be a self-motivated team player, with exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills.
Working with a broad range of stakeholders including Senior Leaders, the Brand Manager will be a confident communicator, and bring a strategic way of thinking to a dynamic and fast paced role.
About you: You'll be an experienced Marketing professional with 3+ years' experience working within a brand or agency You'll have experience project managing development of and/or managing consumer facing mobile apps (iOS and Android) Experience managing Development & Design agencies, and agile project management Experience conducting UAT Experience working with data and analytics, able to identify trends and themes and use to inform decisions Experience using a CMS system such as WordPress We'd love you to have experience in of a membership model and/or within the health & fitness sector(desirable)
