Brand Associate - Beauty

A fast growing direct-to-consumer health and beauty company is looking for a dynamic Brand Associate to join their expanding team.
Its flagship brands, are focused on expanding their reach and strengthening partnerships with major retail outlets, both in-store and online, across the UK and Internationally.
Compensation: £40K salary with a company pension plan.
31 days of paid annual leave Hybrid working model As the Brand Associate you will play a key role in strengthening and expanding the brand's presence across all platforms.
Your responsibilities will include leading brand campaigns, overseeing creative development, setting pricing strategies, and ensuring consistent content delivery through various channels, including the website and retail partnerships.
You will also monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) such as revenue, profit, and brand engagement, while identifying opportunities for brand growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Development: Partner with the Brand Director to create the annual brand plan, incorporating competitor analysis, market trends, and deep insights into products and customers.
Lead the development and execution of integrated 360° campaigns across multiple channels.
Oversee the brand's pricing strategy, ensuring competitive positioning and consistency across the entire product range.
Manage the marketing, ambassador, and PR budgets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Supervise the ambassador program and collaborate with key external partners.
Sales Channel Support: Manage the brand's relationships with key marketplaces and ensure optimal brand representation across these platforms.
Support the brand's international expansion by adapting strategies to new markets.
Campaign Management: Direct the creative process for campaigns, product launches, and sales events, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
Ensure that all channels (retail, D2C, Amazon, etc.)
have the necessary materials and resources for successful product launches.
Lead the end-to-end project management of campaigns and product development, keeping all teams on track and ensuring deadlines are met.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials and provide post-campaign analysis to assess performance and outcomes.
Product Development: Provide valuable insights on product innovation, drawing from customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity.
Work closely with the NPD team to create briefs for new products and ensure they meet ethical and environmental standards.
Collaborate with purchasing to ensure the right stock levels for product launches and ongoing sales.
