As Branch Supervisor based in our Waltham Cross branch , you'll be responsible for:
Assisting the Branch Manager with the daily operations and management of this small busy branch.
Serving customers at the trade counter, offering advice and product knowledge.
Office duties including reporting, general admin and branch maintenance.
Completing general warehouse duties and supporting with deliveries when required.
This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7am – 5pm and alternate Saturday mornings 8am – 12pm (paid over time).
And here's what we'd like you to have to be a Branch Supervisor:
Prior experience in plumbing & heating or a merchant environment is ideal but not essential as training will be provided.
Excellent customer service experience
Branch Supervisor / Team Leader experience ideal
Driving licence is essential for this role as you will need to support with customer deliveries when required.
