About the role Location: Chatham  Driving Licence required.
Salary: up to £45k depending on experience + bonuses + car allowance   12 months FTC.
Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 days working from home.

Despite entering the role new to recruitment, our Perms Consultant, Jake comes from a strong sales background specialising in manufacturing and distribution roles.
His two and a half years pairs incredibly well with his Candidate Consultant, Sabia, who has nearly 4 years under her belt.
She consistently demonstrates what professional means, and never fails to bring her highly experienced head to the office.

What you'll be doing Reporting to the Operations Manager and/or Regional Director, you will be responsible for increasing the branches revenue by maintaining and growing Adecco market share in the area.
You will do this by analysing, monitor, and deliver on key metrics and KPIs for the branch.
Alongside, reaching and exceeding financial and operational targets, including profit and loss management.
Increasing market share by leading and overseeing advertising, marketing, sales, and service efforts in the branch.
Developing, inspiring, and coaching your branch in the Adecco way to ensure objectives are achieved.
Strong leadership skills, driving your own business and motivating your team to exceed objectives is what will make you ideal for this role.
You will be adept at adopting a consultative approach, understanding client needs deeply and offering tailored solutions.
Integral to this role is the ability to generate business opportunities and nurture client relationships.
You will ideally have a track record in cultivating leads, expanding client portfolios and contributing significantly to team success through strategic business development initiatives.
About you The ideal candidate will take pride in guiding, supporting, and empowering their team members towards achieving collective success while simultaneously demonstrating prowess in generating business opportunities and cultivating strong client relationships.
This multifaceted role requires a visionary leader who can steer the branch towards success through a balance of proactive business development and attentive mentorship.
Are you comfortable looking outside of branch to the wider market for inspiration, solutions, and development?
Strategic planning and judgement – this role require quick and efficient thinking and great delegation.
You'll be conducting weekly 1:1 with your team, not just looking at what to achieve but how.
Guiding your team to reach their potential is not just a quarterly driver, it's a daily task and it's your job to provide the support and have impeccable attention to detail to ensure you are doing the job with them.
You will be proactive in doing client visits with your consultants and get involved in client sales and business development, leveraging sales opportunities where you can.
