You will manage your own book of clients and have full broking responsibility over this book and be responsible for growth and retention of this account.If you are currently a Senior Account Executive looking to take that next step up and wanting more responsibility this could be the role for you.Whats needed for me to be considered?You will need commercial insurance experience ideally from a broking backgroundGood knowledge of insurance is essential ideally including- commercial combined, property owners, construction and professional indemnityQualifications in the insurance sector (CII) are preferable but not essentialStrong leadership skillsThe ability to manage change and projectsGood entrepreneur flair and the ability to spot opportunity
