Branch Administrator - Ballymena - Part Time

Join this leading banking organisation as their next branch administrator Come and work for a leading bank, working across Ireland and Northern ; This role is a temporary role, based in Ballymena, offering you the opportunity to become a permanent member of staff after 12 months.
In this role you will be working 20 hours a week, 10:30-2:30, Monday– ; Your new role Do you have excellent customer service skills?

In this role, you will be responsible for the following: Greet all customers who enter the branch Processing payments and withdrawals, working within the cash desk, lodgements and general day-to-day banking errands.
Help customers to set up and maintain accounts Deal with calls, emails, and face-to-face enquiries Promote financial products and services to customers.
Guide customers to the correct colleague in regard to their financial queries.
Help customers with the use of IT systems to update account details General administration tasks What you'll need to succeed In order to be considered for this role, you will have the following: Evidence of excellent customer relationship skills, ability to engage with customers Is passionate about delivering the best possible experience to our customers.
Works co-operatively with others across the organisation to achieve shared objectives Fulfils customer requests, resolves problems, and responds to customers' questions through multiple channels.
