Brake Press Operator/Setter

Experienced Brake Press Operator Location: West Bromwich Job Type: Temp to Perm Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Friday: 6:30 AM - 1:30 PM Overtime: 1-2 hours per day available Saturdays: Required as needed Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Brake Press Operator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and setting up brake press machines, along with proficiency in reading, programming, and interpreting drawings.
Key Responsibilities: Operate and set up brake press machines efficiently and safely.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Program brake press machines to produce parts to specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
Work overtime as needed and be available for most Saturdays.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Brake Press Operator.
Strong knowledge of machine setup, operation, and programming.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.
