Pixi's mission is the same now as it was on the first day the Pixi store opened; simply to bring out the natural beauty in all - to make people look like themselves, only better Flawless in a few fuss-free minutes – that's what Pixi is about Your Role: We are looking for a dynamic result driven Boutique Sales Associate for our Flagship Boutique.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and service KPI's, enhancing customer satisfaction and creating a memorable customer experience.
You will be accountable for the delivery of beauty services and sharing product knowledge to drive brand and product loyalty.
Other responsibilities include implementing merchandising strategies, planning and executing customer events as well as managing and developing the in-store team.
As a small team, the ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, alongside Retail and Office Teams.
You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task Responsibilities Customer Experience: Drive to meet and exceed daily sales goals Provide an exceptional and consistent customer experience.
Maintain awareness of all store promotions.
Capture customer emails to grow future business.
Answer all customer inquiries and share product information.
Visual Standards and Operational Excellence: Assist with completion of opening and closing checklists.
Maintain company brand standards by ensuring a neat clean and organized sales floor, cash wrap and backroom.
Execute all visual directives and schematics to ensure the floor is set properly and timely.
Conscience of all loss prevention procedures and shrink activities.
Qualifications: Minimum of high school education or equivalent.
Minimum of 1-3 years retail experience preferred.
Strong Knowledge of beauty and cosmetics.
Love of people and selling.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends.
