Key Responsibilities Maintain and update financial records using Sage accounting software.
Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
Reconcile bank statements and produce monthly financial reports.
Support budgeting and forecasting efforts as needed.
Assist external auditors during the annual audit process.
Help prepare and ensure timely submission of tax returns.
Address management inquiries related to financial transactions and records.
Perform general office tasks, including answering phone calls.
