Title: Bookkeeper Type: Permanent Hours: Part Time (20-24 hours per week) Location: Inverness/Hybrid Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 pro rata Details: Job Summary Our client is looking to appoint a Bookkeeper to join their team in Inverness on a part time basis for approximately 20-24 hours per week.
The role will initially be office based with the option thereafter for hybrid working.
The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded in a timely manner.
This role requires proficiency in accounting software and a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles.
Duties: Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices and payments.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are accounted for.
