Let's talk about the role We're on the lookout for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our fantastic team supporting our vibrant and diverse client base.
It's a great opportunity for an ambitious individual to challenge themselves, develop and progress within a forward-thinking and innovative firm.
You'll: Get fully involved with client bookkeeping, completing reconciliations and adjustments to produce accurate information.
Complete month end processes including posting payroll journals from a variety of payroll reports, calculate and post prepayments and accruals, depreciation etc Prepare management accounts for client review for clients in a variety of industries Confidently prepare and submit VAT returns under various VAT schemes.
Cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients, advising them of their liabilities.
Post and scan invoices using Dext/Hubdoc Let's talk about you and your skills... Hungry for a new challenge, you'll: Be experienced in using Xero software.
Have an In-depth knowledge of VAT return processes and the various schemes.
Understand accounting systems, processes, and all aspects of bookkeeping.
Experience in the preparation of monthly/quarterly management accounts.
Thrive in a collaborative and progressive environment.
Love getting to know people and be a fantastic communicator.
Be proactive and passionate about delivering a great client experience.
