We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Bookkeeper to join the dedicated team.
In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Financial Controller, taking charge of the company's financial management and playing a key role in the smooth operation of the office.
Your new role Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for a range of duties including: Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
Monitor and manage accounts receivable.
Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely payments.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in bookkeeping and office management.
Ideal candidates will be proficient in accounting software, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office management tools.
We are looking for individuals with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
