We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with at least 1 year of experience to manage our finances and help keep our club running smoothly Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records for the club.
Process and manage accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
Prepare monthly financial reports for management.
Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
Manage membership dues and handle invoice generation.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software e.g., QuickBooks, Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Passion for sports or experience in a sports-related environment is a plus.
