Bookkeeper (Accountancy Practice) Weybridge We are currently recruiting for an accountancy practice based in the Weybridge area.
They are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their accounts team.
About the Role: Performing complex bookkeeping tasks for a range of clients across various industries Preparing and submitting VAT returns Preparing management accounts Demonstrating strong knowledge of working with limited companies Delegate basic bookkeeping to external colleagues reviewing this work on completion Managing daytoday client relationships handling adhoc queries and providing excellent customer service Requirements What We Are Looking For: To succeed in this role you will need to meet the following requirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an accountancy practice or accounts department within a UKbased organisation Extensive knowledge of Xero is essential; additional experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks is highly desirable Excellent communication ss both written and verbal with the ability to liaise confidently with clients Strong initiative along with the ability to delegate tasks and support the development of junior staff members Impeccable attention to detail and effective time management ss Who Would This Role Suit This position is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fastpaced environment enjoys variety in their work and is pionate about providing highquality service to ownermanaged businesses.
