Key responsibilities: Make customer Service, MOT, and repair bookings for Porsche Customers Provide support to customers with their enquiries to make accurate bookings and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience Keep customer notes up to date including future booking dates, customer details and vehicle details Communicate offers clearly with details of the benefits to customers Follow up on customer enquiries with the Aftersales departments Our team will be based at the new purpose-built Porsche Centre in Newport.
