Job DescriptionOur client is looking for an experienced accounts department Book-Keeper to join their team.Due to continued growth, this is a new position within the business.
You will be working within a recent start-up business in the UK (parent company is established in Dubai).You will be the sole Accounts person on-site, reporting to the Operations Manager.
Your role will work closely with the company's external Accountancy firm who produce the Monthly P&L accounts.Book-Keeper Role:Complete bank reconciliationComplete and reconcile cheque, cash and Card postingsPrepare daily banking / petty cash handling / posting cash bankingReconcile control accounts and post company expensesInput of purchase ledger invoicesBank statement postingsAssist with Payroll and Pension paymentsAbout You:To be efficient, organised and accurate with numbers and data entryPrevious experience as a book-keeper is essentialTo be computer literate in email, Excel and ideally to have Kerridge / Autoline knowledgePackage:Depending on experience and AAT qualifications Accounts payable, account assistant, bookkeeper, purchase ledger, sales ledger, accounts clerk, book keeper, accounts receivable, credit control, credit controller


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
