Due to the expansion of the business, BMW & MINI Coventry are looking for an energetic and motivated Bodyshop Advisor to join the team!As a Sytner Bodyshop Advisor, you will inspect customers' vehicles and provide instant quotations for cosmetic repairs, helping our customers to get their vehicles back to looking their best.
You will provide insurance estimates for accident damage, monitor vehicles as they progress through the repair process and invoice repairs upon completion, liaising with customers, insurance engineers and suppliers along the way.
You will work closely with the Bodyshop Manager and Workshop Controller and ensure that customer care always comes first.About YouWe are looking for someone self-motivated with the drive to achieve personal and departmental targets, along with the ability to plan their working day to maximise achievement.
