We are proudly not for profit and have been delivering housing and care for older people in Sussex since 1946.
We have over 130 staff providing housing and care to 780 people in our retirement housing and care home levels of customer and staff satisfaction.
In our last staff survey 93% of staff said we are a good employer and 91% would recommend us as a good place to work.
This is an exciting time to join us As part of our growth plans, our £6.2m funded extension to our Haywards Heath care home Oakwood Court, is due for completion in 2025.
As part of our board succession plan, we are seeking two new board members who are strategically and operationally adept, with a strong can-do attitude.
You will have experience of working with or developing services for older people or an informed interest in our work.
You dont need to have previous board experience, youll have a board mentor to support you as you settle into the role.
