Bms Project Manager

Job Description Due to continued expansion and company growth we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Management System (BMS) Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of BMS projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent technical knowledge of BMS, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
This role reports directly to the Head of Projects.
Role Responsibilities Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, for BMS projects.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, to ensure successful project delivery.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support for the design, installation, and commissioning of BMS systems.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and codes.
