The BMS Engineer be instrumental in preparing accurate and competitive estimates for a variety of control and automation projects across diverse sectors, including commercial buildings, laboratories, and public facilities.
What You'll Do: Prepare detailed cost estimates for BMS and control system projects, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability.
Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to gather insights, ensuring all requirements are covered in estimates.
Leverage your expertise in Trend BMS systems to account for all necessary components and functionalities.
Analyse project specifications and supplier quotes, providing precise documentation for proposals and tenders.
Maintain and update historical cost databases , staying current with industry trends and pricing adjustments.
What Were Looking For: Strong background in BMS engineering, project management, or sales support with a focus on BMS.
Solid experience with Trend BMS systems .
Proven ability to develop and manage accurate project costing and quotations.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
