As a BMS Engineer , youll be stepping into a key role where your expertise and proactive approach will be highly valued.
Youll be responsible for delivering top-notch support to an assigned customer base, where building strong relationships and consistently delivering excellent service are top priorities.
What Youll Be Doing: Promoting Safety : Youll follow all company policies and safety guidelines, setting an example by always prioritising safe work practices.
Owning Your Accounts : Your customer accounts will be yours to manage, and youll strive to exceed the service levels set out in our contracts.
Delivering Solutions : From diagnosing to resolving system issues, youll be hands-on, identifying and addressing operational challenges quickly and effectively.
Highlighting Value : Through clear and detailed service reports, youll showcase the benefits and strengths of the solutions we deliver, keeping clients informed and engaged.
Improving Systems : Youll be proactive in spotting areas for upgrades or improvements in BMS, presenting suggestions that enhance functionality and efficiency.
What Youll Need to Bring: Technical Foundation : A solid electrical background and extensive experience in BMS and/or HVAC systems.
Customer Focus : A successful track record in a service or support role, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Product Curiosity : Willingness to continually learn more about BMS systems and technology we support.
Strong Communication Skills : Clear, constructive communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Driving License : Youll need a valid drivers license, as some travel may be required.
Bonus Skills: Experience with BMS Platforms : Hands-on knowledge of systems like Schneider Electric EcoStruxure, Andover Controls, TAC Vista, Tridium Niagara AX/N4, Trend 963/IQ Vision etc.
IT Proficiency : General IT familiarity to support system integration within BMS.
Required Qualifications: Electrical certification or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of BMS/HVAC systems and principles.
