Role Overview Work as part of the project delivery team reporting the BEMS Project ManagerRead and understand the BMS scope and the interaction and relation with all M&E specificationsUse standard documents to produce Schedule of Deliverables, Interface Matrix, Network Architecture Drawings, Functional Design Specifications, Points Schedules, Technical submittals, RFI's, etcIssue design information to panel manufactures and review panel wiring diagrams for accuracyUnderstand, oversee and manage production of BEMS software and graphicsAssist the commissioning and point to point testing and Commission Control Panels (CP) to monitor and control mechanical systemsEnsure any project handover documentation is managed to ensure it is ready at handoverEnsuring handover of fully operational BEMS SystemsAdhere to all company policies & procedures, particularly to health & safetyManage the commissioning of the BEMS system and the interaction with M&E systems, including but not limited to:
