Sous Chef - Pay rate £15 - £19 per hour
Are you an experienced Sous chef looking to work more sociable hours to create a better work/life balance?

We can offer full time or part time hours, happy to work around other commitments/ top up current hours.
We also have numerous permanent roles available should you be looking for a longer term career.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
* Cook and prepare high quality dishes.
* Always maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
* Ensure food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created.
Essential:
* Health and safety and food hygiene certificates
* Minimum 1 years' relevant experience
* Awareness of manual handling techniques
* Competent level of English spoken and written
Desirable:
* City & Guilds 706/1 or 706/2 Catering
* NVQ Level 2 in cookery
* Level 3 Food Safety Awards
* Modern Apprenticeship route in cooking
* City & Guilds diplomas in professional cookery
* BTEC HND in professional cookery
* A foundation degree in culinary arts
