BIOSTATISTICS SENIOR MANAGER - HTA What you will do In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the development of centralised biostatistical capabilities in Center for Design and Analysis (CfDA) to meet Health Technology Assessment (HTA) requirements, including design and analysis tools, templates, code library, and reference materials.
As an experienced biostatistician you will establish analysis and reporting processes and good practice related to HTA, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
You will provide statistical input and subject matter expertise on innovative and fit for purpose clinical trial design and data analysis to meet HTA needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Advocate for increased knowledge within CfDA on new EU HTA regulation, its impact and implementation phasesEnsure an effective collaboration between CfDA and HEOR throughout the product lifecycle and implement strategies to increase HTA knowledge and expertise within CfDAProvide consulting and hands-on support for CfDA team members undertaking analyses for HTA purposesProvide statistical expertise in causal inference, indirect comparison, PRO evaluation and subgroup analysisDevelopment and maintenance of a range of resources for HTA purposes, including TFL shell and code libraryInteract with multifunctional internal stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to deliver value by developing novel, practical, scientific data-driven solutions to meet HTA business needsNetwork with HTA Subject Matter Experts across industryInvolvement in process development and maintenance of statistical activities related to HTAJoin our team: You would be joining a global team of statisticians, data scientists and statistical programmers in the CfDA function.
The role is within the Design & Innovation subfunction, where you would engage with other team members working on innovative and cutting-edge solutions to support product teams as they work to bring transformative medicines to patients.

Degree educated in Statistics/Biostatistics or related subject with high statistical content, coupled with post graduate statistical experience gained within biopharmaceutical industry or medical researchSuperior understanding of statistical principles, methods, applications and procedures, specifically related to the HTA settingHighly proficient in biostatistical software, including R and SASLife cycle drug development experienceExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working effectively in a globally dispersed team and with cross functional partnersExcellent communication skills both oral and writtenExperience in developing policies and SOPsWhat you can expect of us As we work to develop treatments that take care of others, so we work to care for our teammates' professional and personal growth and well-being.
