Key Responsibilities: \n \n \n Craft and Execute : Develop and implement cutting-edge marketing plans that resonate with healthcare professionals, ensuring impactful product events and materials are delivered seamlessly.
\n \n Drive Results : Oversee promotional projects from inception to execution, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget to maximize ROI.
\n \n Analyse Trends : Conduct in-depth sales and market analyses to identify opportunities for growth and keep an eye on competitor strategies.
\n \n Manage Budgets : Effectively oversee advertising and promotional spend, ensuring alignment with financial goals throughout the year.
\n \n Collaborate & Support : Work closely with the UK salesforce to understand their needs and provide tailored support that drives sales success.
\n \n Stay Informed : Keep abreast of developments within the NHS, anticipating their effects on your product line.
\n \n Network & Learn : Attend national and international sales and marketing events to expand your knowledge and influence in the industry.
\n \n Champion Safety : Engage in pharmacovigilance activities to uphold the highest standards of product safety.
\n \n Who you are: You are an ambitious professional with: \n \n A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business Marketing.
\n At least 2 years of successful marketing experience, ideally within the healthcare sector.
\n A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the UK healthcare market, preferably focusing on blood products or branded pharmaceuticals.
\n Proven experience in Product Management, with a solid track record of success.
\n Expertise in therapeutic areas such as immunology, haematology, or transplant.
\n Successful completion of the ABPI Examination for Industry Personnel.
\n Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
\n Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
\n Outstanding presentation and communication skills that inspire collaboration across teams.
\n A results-driven attitude with a passion for teamwork and shared success.
\n Willingness to travel as needed; living near Cambridge is a plus!
