Job overview Pye Oliver is a 28 bedded Medical Speciality ward treating patients with a variety of Medical conditions, including but not limited to, Respiratory, Gastro intestinal, Oncology and Endocrinology.We are a diverse team of nurses, clinical support workers and Doctors, who work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to provide excellent person-centred care.

Main duties of the job Along with your clinical role you will be attending board rounds with MDT team, RCA meetings, roster management, attendance management, responding to complaints, conflict resolution, attending budget meetings and conducting daily audits to maintain and sustain our improvement.
You will also be supported to attend a Leadership Development CourseWe are looking for an enthusiastic and clinically skilled band 6 Registered Nurse or a Registered nurse with a minimum of two years experience with a strong work ethic and a high level of motivation to develop into a band 6.
