Bim Data Technician

I am looking for a skilled BIM Data Technician to join my clients design team, responsible for maintaining and updating design data across all 3D models for ongoing projects in the construction sector.
The role involves data input into Revit, ensuring that all information meets quality standards and is aligned with both company procedures and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities: Input and update Model Location Reference (MLR) data into Revit families on a weekly basis Maintain MLR data throughout the project design period Verify the quality of data input by other team members Create Associated Works Reference (AWR) drawings using Revit and ensure they meet internal drawing standards Implement BIM document and naming protocols, aligning with client requirements Upload drawings and design documents to internal and client Common Data Environments (CDE) Assist with maintaining procedures and guidelines for data management Liaise with designers to ensure timely updates across all design projects Skills and Qualifications: Knowledge of BIM data requirements and experience with data input Experience with Revit software Strong attention to detail when inputting data and creating models/drawings Ability to work independently and within a team environment Excellent communication skills for liaising with both internal and external stakeholders Familiarity with BIM protocols and document management systems is an advantage Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively If youre an organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for digital design and BIM, wed love to hear from you.
