Infinigate Cloud are seeking an expert Billing Analyst to bring dedication and a strong analytical skill set to our Finance Team in Fareham.
This is a 6-month FTC designed to offer our operational and financial functions support in a current cash management project.
To be successful in this role you would have previously elevated your skills as an analyst to utilise Excel tools such as Power Query to efficiently streamline workload and offer in-depth analysis to the business.
Ideally, we are seeking a candidate who can start within a typical notice period, and who is excited to utilise this opportunity to hone their skillset in a global organisation and work with a fantastic team!
This a hybrid position, 3 days in office and 2 days working from home.
Duties & Responsibilities • Reconciliation of vendor invoices to verify that Infinigate Cloud is billing partners correctly and receiving accurate invoices from vendors and suppliers.
• Performing of margin analysis, with a focus on gross profit trends by vendor
• Identification of process and data issues and leading the feedback of these issues to the Finance team and wider business where appropriate
General Skills • Advanced excel skills – proficient in using excel functionality to create scalable processes and analysis.
Experience using power query is not required, but is desirable
• 5+ years minimum experience in a finance or operations role.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems and work towards resolutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks on time and within budget.
• Ability to work in a team environment to achieve individual and company objectives.

Benefits • £35,000 - £50,000 salary per annum (pro rata and dependent on experience)
