Main duties: To take ownership of managing an existing portfolio of accounts while actively seeking out new solutions and opportunities to drive revenue growth.
The Role: - To consistently identify and provide effective solutions that foster enduring partnerships and retention - To implement the Digital First strategy, with focus on solutions such as Workflow Solutions and Online Booking.
- To proactively monitor industry trends and analyse customer data to discover innovative solutions and new revenue streams - To closely collaborate with Service, Tech or Finance teams to drive continuous service improvement - To collaborate with Operations team to ensure service is in line with contractual obligations - To effectively track both internal and external key performance indicators - To develop and implement action plans for improvement, track results and performance - To report directly to the Commercial Director The Candidate: - Fluent in either French, German, Italian or Dutch - Previous experience in Sales and Account Management in B2B is a must - Experience in the Travel Industry is essential - Able to demonstrate negotiation techniques and successes - Fully competent and confident Word, Excel and PowerPoint user - Highly organised and proven ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Salary: up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience plus £10,000 OTE Bonus
