We're seeking a dynamic Account Manager, Ads to play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of advertising campaigns that drive results and delight clients.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Sales Partners, Account Managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding service and flawless campaign performance.
From crafting media plans and responding to RFPs to optimising campaigns and preparing insightful reports, you'll be integral to shaping client success stories.
What You'll Do Drive campaign execution, monitoring, and optimisation to meet client objectives.
Collaborate with Ad Ops and Campaign Management to troubleshoot and ensure success.
Build strong relationships with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
Develop tailored media plans and contribute to strategic RFP responses.
Analyse and present campaign performance insights, including post-campaign reports.
Stay ahead of the curve by mastering ad products, targeting solutions, and policies.
What We're Looking For 2-4 years of experience in digital media account management or sales planning, especially in video advertising.
Expertise in sales operation tools (CRM, OMS, Ad Servers) and familiarity with Direct IO and programmatic advertising.
Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering excellent client service.
