We currently have a vacancy to join one of the world's leading, global defence, security and aerospace companies as a Bid Manager.
The role will be based in Portsmouth but offers the opportunity for hybrid working (2- 3 days per week on site) and flexible working hours.
You will join the Maritime and Land BD Operations team which provides business winning support across the Maritime and Land sector to a variety of campaigns and bids.
The BD Operations team has a number of bid management, proposal management and proposal coordination roles that this role will sit alongside as part of the wider team.
Leading all aspects of the planning and execution of the overall bid cycle/governance plan (for assigned bids)

Proven bid management and project management skills, ideally within a complex procurement environment You must be eligible to apply for SC clearance and, therefore, must hold a British passport and have lived and worked in the UK for the past 5 years Aeropeople's expertise and experience is entrenched in the aerospace, aviation, engineering, motorsport, automotive, and defence industries.
