What you will do: Proposal Writing Develop polished, professional proposals that represent our brand and drive success, working collaboratively with the team to maximise impact.
Marketing and Lead Generation Enhance our online presence, analyse competitor activity, and generate leads through LinkedIn and other channels.
Client Engagement Make focused calls to schedule meetings and achieve a strong proposal success rate.
Data Management & Team Collaboration Keep client records up to date, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with the operations team to ensure deliverables align with client expectations.
What you will need: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism.
Creative thinker with marketing expertise and experience managing social media, especially LinkedIn.
Proven ability to meet performance targets in proposal quality and lead generation.
