Bid Writer (Public Sector) – Property Services Location: Based at there Head Office in Northeast London with flexible/agile working options available About the Role I have an exciting role for a talented Bid Writer to join a growing property services group, specializing in refurbishment, maintenance, and compliance (M&E) services.
Working closely with the Bid Manager and senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in creating compelling, high-quality submissions to secure new business and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities: Producing well-written, accurate, and persuasive content for PQQs, ITTs, and client presentations.
Collaborating with internal teams to gather the necessary information for bids.
Ensuring all bid documents are compliant, consistent, and aligned with client requirements.
Conducting research to enhance the quality and relevance of bid submissions.
Supporting bid processes, governance, and delivery under tight deadlines.
Proven experience in bid writing, ideally within the Social Housing or Local Authority sector.
Strong ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive content.
Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
A keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.
Familiarity with bid management processes and procedures.
