We are looking for a Bid Writer to join our team.
The Role: This role is ideal for a bid writer (minimum 2 years experience of bid writing) looking to gain experience in a growing Bid Team.
It is essential that you are an ambitious and creative person that wishes to make this role their own.

Responsibilities: Your main responsibilities and requirements include but are not limited to: Provide high quality, persuasive bid writing for bids of various sizes, scale and complexity in the water hygiene, legionella and water treatment services.
Produce accurate technical and professional documents to support tender submissions.
Prepare relevant responses to tender / PQQ / SQ questions with support from departments with specialist knowledge.
Manage and update the submission library.
Assist with bid management on tenders – understand progression, process and maintain records of progression in assistance to the Bid and Project Manager.
Support the tender and operational teams in compiling presentations Produce compelling digital content such as bid proposal documents & Sales materials with the support & experience from key stakeholders, ensuring content is written to enhance our values and USPs.
Ensure all bids are unique and fit unique client expectations, criteria for success and reflect client corporate values Ensure consistency and transparency across the bid writing process Analyse and collate feedback from bids (both successful and unsuccessful), report on feedback to Bid and Project Manager and Managing Director with suggestions to ensure continuous improvement.
Additional duties: Research industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to enhance bid submissions and inform content strategies.
Manage the visual layout of bid documents to ensure a professional and impactful presentation.
Maintain adherence to legal, regulatory and corporate standards in all bid submissions, including confidentiality and data protection.
Generate reports on bid progress, content effectiveness, and feedback analysis for review Support various projects and initiatives as assigned by the Bid Manager, contributing to the team's and organisation's success.
About you: You must have a valid UK driving license.
This is a hybrid role, with office days based in Corby, Northamptonshire.
Education: A degree in English, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
IT literacy and experience of using tender portals is essential.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all documents.
Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Correct grammar and writing skills are also essential to ensure success in the role.
The candidate must work well independently and be able to reach and set specific targets as well as communicating their successes and barriers transparently.
Salary from £25,000.
This is negotiable dependent on experience.
