This strategic position focuses on establishing a consistent project pipeline, creating compelling proposals, and aligning our submissions with client framework requirements to maximize successful project awards.Key Responsibilities Bid Writing and Submission: Oversee the complete bid process for renewable energy tenders in the housing and local authority sectors, with a focus on air source heat pumps, PV systems, and EV projects.
Content Development: Build and maintain a library of common responses to streamline bid writing and enhance process efficiency.
Market Analysis: Monitor trends in bid criteria, emphasizing social value, technical standards, and accreditation requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with technical, legal, and financial teams to ensure submissions are robust, accurate, and timely.
Industry Representation: Represent Calisen Plug Me In at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build brand recognition and foster partnerships.Who We're Looking For Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Proven success in bid writing for social housing frameworks and local authority projects.
Knowledge of domestic renewable energy products, such as solar PV, air source heat pumps, batteries, and electric vehicle charging points (EVCPs).
Comprehensive understanding of housing sector regulations and funding initiatives (e.g., SHDF, ECO4, HUG).
Expertise in evidencing social value within bid submissions.Skills and Abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a high degree of self-motivation.

Eligibility to work in the UK, with successful completion of a basic criminal record check.
Ability to provide references covering the last five years.Package Basic annual salary of up to £45,000 Hybrid working pattern; 3 days work from home.
