The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to lead on regional and national bids, and also to bring a new dedicated role within Curtins which will be to lead and manage the national Bid Team.
You will lead, manage, and produce multiple bids and documents concurrently to maintain our excellent success rate in securing projects across all sectors – including engaging with multiple technical teams and subject matter experts.
You will have overall responsibility for managing and proactively leading our people, processes, quality, and data within the Bid Team – both from a day to day perspective, and also looking to continuously improve over time.
The Right Fit We are looking for someone with experience in people management, who fosters a supportive environment and encourages team development.
A genuine passion for the bid process, a proven track record in writing significant bids, and a commitment to securing work for the business.
We value individuals who are eager to enhance our bid processes and who can consistently contribute proactive ideas and suggestions.
You should be prepared to take the lead in implementing these improvements.
A qualification in APMP (or an equivalent) is preferred, or a willingness to pursue this certification.
