BID Manager Horsham 42k to 48k DOE We are looking for a motivated Bid Manager to lead and manage bids within our Clients Sales & Marketing team.
This role is key to ensuring the timely submission of high-quality, winning bids for both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities of a BID Manager: Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality bids.
Own the full bid process, ensuring compliance and due diligence.
Collaborate on Win Strategy and develop strong customer-focused themes.
Capture customer requirements and align bids with company strategy.
Manage bid plans and schedules, leading cross-functional teams.
Oversee proposal quality, editorial content, and copywriting.
Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams post-contract.
Contribute to ongoing improvement of bid processes.
Skills & Experience of a BID Manager: 2+ years of proven success in leading bids.
Strong team leadership and collaboration skills.
Experience with bids >£1M in value.
Financially literate, excellent copywriting, and planning abilities.
Ability to manage multiple bids under pressure.
Results-driven, self-motivated, and organised.
Excellent communicator and team player.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
