With over 50 staff across offices in Essex and Bristol, our client specialises in soil and groundwater remediation, decommissioning, decontamination & demolition, site enabling, and Safeground works. This exciting opportunity has arisen due to the company's continued growth and increased workload within their Pre-Construction Team.

Bid Manager Role Overview: Manage the bidding process for diverse and complex projects in the ground engineering sector. Work closely with the Pre-Construction Team to win new contracts and drive business growth. Key Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Estimating or Commercial roles, ideally in remediation, enabling works, earthworks, civil engineering, or groundworks. Candidates with operational experience in remediation or enabling works, looking to transition into bid management, are encouraged to apply. Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills, with a talent for negotiation and a proactive, 'win-win' mindset. Relevant qualifications in civil or structural engineering are preferred.
